Los Angeles – Olvera Street and Union Station

Olvera Street was very busy with the Day of the Dead celebrations. Many family memorials paying tribute to their recently lost loved ones surrounded the square. There was music and face painting ($40 dollars a face) as well.

We arrived at Union Station late on October 31 and left on the 2nd of November, with lots of adventures in between!

Union Station

After a long day that included City hall, the Gloria Molina Grand Park, the Disney Concert Hall, the Jean-Michel Basquiat exhibit and the Japanese Village Plaza……we slept well that night.
